Administrative Sanctions

Given the particular sensitivity of the interests at stake, the partners of Zockun Fleury Advogados are directly and personally involved in the conduct of administrative and judicial proceedings aimed at investigating liability and, where applicable, imposing sanctions on public officials, companies, and corporate groups.

In this context, the firm handles civil inquiries, administrative improbity actions, internal investigations, administrative disciplinary proceedings, and procedures aimed at suspending or declaring the ineligibility of parties to bid or contract with the Government. It also handles audits and complaints before Courts of Accounts, as well as the negotiation and execution of leniency agreements and administrative accountability proceedings initiated under the Anti-Corruption Act.
